DuBois EMS Ambulance Service is an
independent, nonprofit ambulance service that is licensed by the
Department of Health.
We are dedicated to providing advanced life support (ALS) and basic
life support (BLS) services primarily to DuBois City and Sandy
Township. We also provide ALS services to neighboring Bennetts Valley,
Brady Township, Brockway, Curwensville, Mahaffey, Reynoldsville, and
Sykesville Ambulance Services.
We cover a 20 mile stretch of Interstate 80 from Exit 87 to Exit 110
(Old Exit 15 to 18).
Along with our local emergency and routine ambulance calls, we do long
distance transports to many hospitals in Pittsburgh, Erie, Danville,
Altoona, Bradford, Coudersport, and other hospitals.
We have a fleet of 4 ambulances and 1 wheelchair van.
Our stations are located in downtown DuBois on West Washington Avenue
and Sandy Twp. on Maple Avenue. It is the goal of DuBois EMS
Ambulance Service to provide unsurpassed, professional basic and
advanced life support treatment as well as transportation for those
persons who are in need of our services 24 hours a day, 365 days per
year.
We were founded and incorporated in 1985 by Patrick J. Willar our CEO
and President.
